It started with a question, what is Pilates? What is the difference between Pilates and Yoga? Not satisfied with the given answers (It is a stretching class), Vien decided to investigate, and so the journey began, many moons ago... A single step.

It took about a year until he developed a serious relationship with his practices, since then, he continues to pursue education in yoga, pilates, human anatomy, movement and philosophies. This ongoing process of learning is what provides the fresh insights that inspire his teaching. Deep breathing, alignment, mindfulness and balanced energy flow are consistent points of focus in his classes. You will leave his classes feeling energised, relaxed and renewed.
