Theodora Spathis

Theodora has lived and breathed movement all her life, being involved in dance and various sports in her early years and then on to pursue a career in track and field internationally. As any athlete knows, the intensity of the training load and continuous repetitive movements take their toll on the body, and this is where yoga found it's way into Theodora's life 15 years ago!

Yoga has helped Theodora in more ways than can be written here, but what she has learned and gained in her teachings and from her own practice she brings to her classes. With Theodora's Hatha yoga background, her classes are focused on alignment, movement with breath, and understanding the mind-body relationship of postures.

Theodora is a Cert 3 & 4 Personal Trainer, Hatha Teacher, Holistic Therapist and Energy Healer.
