Irene Doyle

After a knee injury from running, Irene was introduced to yoga as a means of movement while recovering. Since then her passion for yoga has led her to getting certified with Body Mind Life, training in Singapore with Jason Crandell, and soon to be Mat Pilates and Reformer pilates certified. Irene is always looking to learn more and more in order to create classes that work for all body types.

It's important to Irene that she takes one hour of the day to find movement with her breath helping her to reconnect to her own body (whether yoga, pilates, reformer or even rock climbing) and gives herself a greater appreciation for what her body (an amazing vehicle) can do as it brings Irene through amazing experiences in life.
