Deb Joukhadar

Deb has been involved in group fitness for 17 years and instructing for 7 of them. She loves the energy and motivation you get from exercising with others in the group setting.

She teaches Pilates and Barre Attack, both programs with a strong focus in core stability and technique which has been so important to her personally as her own journey in fitness has involved living with chronic lower back pain.

Deb believes that finding something you enjoy doing will help you stay committed to regular exercise (it also helps make the class go faster!!!). So she brings an element of fun and laughter to her classes
