Brianna Law

Having a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance Performance, Brianna's love of movement and dance has taken her around the world.

Whilst dancing full-time, Brianna found her love of yoga. It helped her through the rigorous physical demands of dancing and brought her an increased clarity of mind. It was this new-found mindfulness that inspired Brianna to travel to India to further explore her yoga practice. A culturally immersive experience, she returned to Sydney with not only her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training Certificate, but also a new passion for understanding the mind-body connection.

Brianna loves the benefits of Barre Attack, fusing her passion of dance and movement in a high energy class.

Brianna is passionate about helping individuals achieve their fitness goals, whilst also helping to foster a loving mind-body relationship. Her classes are strong, energetic, encouraging and of course - FUN!
