Amy started practicing Pilates three years ago, as part of a rehab program for a serious back injury. My physio practically pushed me through the door, but that first class changed my life! She completed her training with STOTT Pilates Instructor Trainer Lisa Kaye, Lead Instructor Trainer Chael Hilton and Master Instructor Trainer Wayne Seeto here in Sydney. For Amy, Pilates is.....the freedom created through building strength and peace in both mind and body, which allows us to move through our lives with grace and ease.
