Alysha Habgood

Alysha discovered yoga in 2009 and instantly fell in love with the dynamic flow of vinyasa and it’s ability to calm her over-active mind. Alysha has since explored the practice as a means for deeper self understanding and healing. After spending time immersed within a yogic community in NSW she became inspired and knew then that she wanted teach, completing her 200 Hour teacher training in Hatha/Vinyasa the following month. Alysha believes that by finding moments of stillness on the mat and moving with our breath, we can create more space, richness and joy in our lives. Alysha has since obtained her Barre Attack certification and is also studying Naturopathy.
