RECIPE: SUGAR-FREE BANANA BREAD

Try this delicious Sugar-Free banana bread recipe that is perfect for when that carb craving hits! – minus the guilt

Ingredients:

-2 bananas, mashed

-2 1/2 cups of almond meal

-1 tsp nutmeg

-1 tsp cinnamon

-1 tsp baking powder

-4 eggs

-1/4 cup coconut oil

-1/4 cup rice malt syrup

-1 tsp vanilla extract

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees
  2. Mix all wet ingredients together
  3. In a separate bowl, mix all dry ingredients together
  4. Combine both mixtures other and stir well
  5. Place into a baking tin and bake for 30-40 minutes
