Healthy Protein Balls

Why do we crave that 3pm snack? It could be due to a number of reasons; maybe you didn’t have a filling lunch? Or you could be tired? Instead of grabbing that packet of chips or biscuit, opt for a healthier alternative.

Try these protein balls that are filled with delicious and healthy ingredients that will leave you feeling full (and satisfied) until the end of the day.

Ingredients:

-30g of almonds

-20g of cashews

-250-300g of pitted dates

-25g of dried apricots

-65g of shredded coconut

-10g of chia seeds

-20g of LSA (mixed linseed, sunflower seeds and almonds)

-70g of coconut oil

*Protein powder optional

Method:

Place all ingredients into a food processor until it forms a sticky moist consistency.

Take and press into balls.
