Creamy vanilla chai latte

Looking for a healthy beverage that will keep you warm this winter? We are loving this creamy vanilla chai latte by Jessica Sepel

Oh! And did we mention it’s also low in cals?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • 2 cups coconut milk 
  • Dash of nutmeg
  • Pinch of cardamom
  • 3 Medjool dates
  • 2–3 vanilla stevia drops, optional
  • 2 vanilla pods
  • 4 small cloves
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup of soaked cashews

Method

  1. Heat the almond milk in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add all of the ingredients, except the cashews, and stir gently to combine. Remove from heat.
  2. Pour the mix into a blender and add the cashews. Blend until your chai is smooth and frothy. Serve in a mug and sprinkle with more cinnamon, if desired.
