We love this easy-to-make breakfast alternative that not only satisfies our sweet tooth, but is packed with delicious and nutritious ingredients! With chia seeds, blueberries and oats you won’t feel bad reaching for more.
3 bananas mashed
2 cups quick cooking oats
1/3 cup applesauce
1/4 cup almond milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons chia seeds
½ cup of blueberries
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper
- In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients then add bananas, applesauce, almond milk and vanilla. Mix until all combined
- Using your hands roll into equal sized balls and gently flatten onto tray
- Cook for 12-15 minutes or until lightly brown
Tip: these delicious cookies will stay fresh for days! Just pop them in the fridge.
