Ashleigh Ratcliffe

A health and fitness fanatic, Ashleigh began her Pilates journey as a way to strengthen and control her stabilising muscles more directly and individually. Ashleigh is passionate about the human body and has loved learning about anatomy and the benefits of Pilates for the body and mind. Ashleigh has worked alongside physiotherapists whilst undertaking her certificate IV in Allied health/physiotherapy assistance and has most enjoyed using the Reformer as a form of rehabilitation as well as a fun and tough workout for students of all fitness levels.

After moving from Brisbane to Sydney and completing her STOTT Pilates intermediate and advanced Reformer and mat Pilates courses, she has been obsessed with the Pilates method ever since. Her classes will Incorporate strength, balance, flexibility, and control, her classes will be the perfect addition to your fitness routine and will always challenge you with creative exercises that will have you feeling stronger after each class.
